The fiction of fact finding by Manoj Mitta

This book was an eye-opener for me about how inefficient and ineffective our judicial system is. The people with power and money can easily delay justice indefinitely, i.e. prevent justice. The historical events of the 1984 killings of Sikhs and the 2002 killings of Muslims are proof of this. In both cases, most of the true culprits were never brought to justice.
